4–8 hour waits. Triage nurses who haven't played a sport since high school. Walk out with a tensor bandage and "see a GP Monday."

The reason most people say yes

Most athletes get
~95% back.

95%
back on average
Private health insurance and sports insurance both cover this.
Most club sports athletes have sports insurance through their association. Combined with private health, the out-of-pocket is minimal — and often zero. We'll help you understand your position at the time of consultation.
🏥
Private Health Insurance — HICAPS on the day. Most extras cover physio and osteo.
Club / Association Sports Insurance — AFL, netball, rugby, soccer, BJJ and combat sports all have injury insurance coverage. Ask your club.
💳
No insurance? The $239 fixed fee is still significantly less than most out-of-pocket ED costs — and you leave with a real plan, same morning.
How it works

Simple. Fast. On a Sunday.

Hybrid model — book in advance or walk in. Max 1-hour wait for walk-in patients.

1
Book or walk in
Reserve a 20-min slot online (recommended), or arrive as a walk-in. 1 walk-in spot held per hour — max wait 1 hour.
2
Triage on arrival
Brief triage — sport, club, insurance details, nature of injury. Helps us prepare and process your claim correctly.
3
Assessment & treatment
Full injury assessment by Chris Tandy (Physio) or Jordan Schorel (Osteopath). Diagnosis, treatment, strapping, bracing as needed.
4
Leave with a plan
Clear diagnosis. Return-to-play timeline. Referrals and letters if needed. You know exactly what to do next — before you leave.
